Sukhman completed his Juris Doctorate from University of Windsor Law School. During his academic tenure at Windsor Law, he served as the President of the Windsor Intellectual Property and Information Technology Club and Vice-President of the Windsor Law Tennis Club. Sukhman is credited with co-founding USH Technologies Inc., a Canadian start-up cultivated from a law school dorm room. Thanks to Sukhman’s entrepreneurial spirit, USH Technologies Inc. currently manufactures and distributes innovative fitness solutions world-wide.
He has also served as an advanced student and mentor at the International IP Law Clinic where he counseled and provided aid to clients on matters of IP ownership and strategy via patent searches, reports and opinions, in addition to drafting patent applications and correspondence letters for submission to the USPTO. Sukhman was recently awarded the Bereskin & Parr LPP Prize in Industrial and Intellectual Property for his academic excellence.
He is currently an articling student with Blue Letter Law.
During his leisure time, Sukhman enjoys travelling, weight-lifting and playing tennis.
